Hey everyone,
Steph here, bursting with excitement (and a touch of disbelief) to share an amazing weekend!
I had the incredible honor of presenting not one, but two Tower Workshops at The Inaugural Pilates Expo! It was an absolute whirlwind of activity, and honestly, just ahh-mazing!
But the excitement doesn't stop there! To my utter surprise, I was also awarded "The Pilates Enthusiast of The Year" at the Expo. I was so flabbergasted,I barely knew what to say!
A huge thank you to everyone who voted – this means the absolute world to me.
The Workshops focused on finding similar movement patterns and shapes across the tower and reformer/tower combo. As always my main goal is to help you simplify your understanding of the exercises and your teaching so we also focused on making small changes to an exercise to keep the overall movement pattern the same but change the focus or feel for our clients.
To give you a taste of the workshops, I've included some photos below. And as a special thank you for your ongoing support, I've uploaded some exclusive Tower Clusters to The Pilates HQ App!

A Heartfelt Thank You
Beyond the free trial and the Expo win, I really wanted to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. None of this would be possible without your amazing support. Whether you're reading my emails, commenting in the Facebook group, or engaging with my social media posts, it all truly means the world.
The online world can sometimes feel like a bit of an echo chamber, and while I love the convenience of reaching out virtually, there's nothing quite like the energy of in-person workshops. Meeting so many of you at the Expo was a powerful reminder of why I do what I do: to share inspiration, ideas, and knowledge, and to build a strong and supportive Pilates community.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you again!
